Numbered 31 of 113 in Neo Destiny, released in February 2002, Chansey is an Uncommon, a Basic Colorless-type carrying 90 HP.

As a Basic Pokémon, Chansey needs no prior evolution to put into play, which made it a practical card in the era's decks.
