As a Basic Pokémon, Cottonee needs no prior evolution to put into play, which made it a practical card in the era's decks.

Printed on the card, the Cottonee Pokédex entry reads: "It shoots cotton from its body to protect itself. If it gets caught up in hurricane-strength winds, it can get sent to the other side of the Earth."
What is Cottonee worth?
