Golem · Hidden Fates, what to know.
About the Golem card
Numbered 35 of 69 in Hidden Fates, released in August 2019, Golem is a Rare, a Stage 2 Fighting-type carrying 170 HP.
It evolves from Graveler, so Golem is a later-stage card that set-builders usually slot into a full evolution run rather than buy alone.
Illustrated by Ken Sugimori. Sugimori is the lead character designer of Pokémon itself, so his card art carries the tight, on-model look that defined how the creatures appear in the games.
Golem carries this Pokédex flavor text: "When Golem grow old, they stop shedding their shells. Those that have lived a long, long time have shells green with moss."
About Golem in the Pokémon world
The fully evolved Geodude line via trade. Heavy boulder silhouette. Fossil Rare Golem with steady set-completion demand.
What is Golem worth?
Golem is a non-holo Rare. In Hidden Fates, value concentrates in the holo rares, so a Golem trades modestly, though a clean, well-centered 1st Edition copy in PSA 10 is scarcer than the print run suggests and carries a real premium. Check the live price above for the figure by grade.
Print variants and how to spot them
Confirm the print and finish on Golem before pricing it, since variant and rarity set the market more than the card name alone.
Grading and condition
On Golem, look at the corners and the framed border first. Non-holo Rares took more handling than the chase holos, so a sharp, centered copy of Golem in a true PSA 10 is harder to find than the print run suggests.
If you are collecting Golem
For Golem, check centering by eye, edge whitening on all four sides, and surface under angled light. Submission math on Golem rarely works unless the card has independent demand.
