They use the classic cosmos holo pattern and shipped in 1st Edition and Unlimited. Dragonite and Gengar lead the value, with the legendary birds and Lapras close behind.
The tiers
Dragonite leads on high-grade scarcity and Gengar on fanbase. The next tier holds Lapras, Aerodactyl, and the three legendary birds. Below them, Kabutops, Hitmonlee, Raichu, Muk, Magneton, Hypno, and the quirky Ditto fill out the run. None reach the top tier, but Fossil grades so harshly that even these carry real value in a true PSA 10.
