Dragonite · Silver Tempest, what to know.
About the Dragonite card
Numbered 131 of 217 in Silver Tempest, released in November 2022, Dragonite is a Rare Holo, a Stage 2 Dragon-type carrying 160 HP.
It evolves from Dragonair, so Dragonite is a later-stage card that set-builders usually slot into a full evolution run rather than buy alone.
Illustrated by Naoyo Kimura.
Printed on the card, the Dragonite Pokédex entry reads: "It's a kindhearted Pokémon. If it spots a drowning person or Pokémon, Dragonite simply must help them."

What is Dragonite worth?
Dragonite is a holo rare, one of the cards that holds Silver Tempest's value. The rarity tier decides most of it, since the same card prints at several tiers with very different prices. In top-grade 1st Edition, Silver Tempest holos range from the mid hundreds for the lesser cards up to the set's marquee chase; raw and Unlimited copies trade for a fraction of that. Print variants and how to spot them
Confirm the print and finish on Dragonite before pricing it, since variant and rarity set the market more than the card name alone.
Grading and condition
Dragonite lives and dies on its holo surface in grading. The dragon foil catches light at angles that hide hairlines in a flat photo, so tilt it under a lamp, then measure the borders, where modern centering is the second-most-common grade cap.
If you are collecting Dragonite
For Dragonite, variant comes before condition. Confirm the exact rarity tier on the Dragonite, since the spread between tiers is wide. Demand a clear photo of the Dragonite holo for any raw purchase.
